Life is getting back into a routine here now, my cold has gone, start of term has been and gone and the weather has decided to be less autumnal...
Anyway this week's meal plan was written whilst walking around Morrisons yesterday
Monday - Sausage, Chips and Beans
Tuesday - Pasta, Home made tomato sauce, crispy bacon bits and cheese
Wednesday - Butter Chicken (from a jar), Rice, Poppadoms and Naan bread
Thursday - undecided as Carys is in work
And that 's all I've managed this week - Carys is off to a friend's birthday party on Saturday and I'm thinking I might make a vegetarian extravaganza
